Delivery & Returns

RETURNS
  • To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned in its original packaging within 10 business working days from receipt of shipment.
  • We do not refund or exchange on customised orders unless the item/s are faulty or damaged. Scandal Kiss will take on the delivery costs for exchanges of items if they are faulty or damaged.
  • Gift cards are not returnable. Orders returned will be for the clients account and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Please consider using a trackable delivery service as we are not responsible for any returned items not received.
  • Returned orders need to be sent to: 1 Byron Avenue, Senderwood, Germiston, Gauteng, South Africa 2007.

RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS

  • Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
  • Jewellery and semi-precious stone items are delicate and should be handled with utmost care to preserve the life of the jewellery.
  • Semi-precious stones breaking from mishandling are not considered a fault (i.e. dropping or bumping against hard surfaces).
  • Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information.
  • Items will not be replaced if discolouring or fading of the plating occurs as this is due to general wear and tear and exposure to perfumes, moisturizers and heat from the body over a certain period of time.
REFUND
  • You may choose between a product exchange or credit.
  • Gift cards are not refundable.
SALE ITEMS
  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Credit may be offered at the sale price of the item.
CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMISED ORDERS
  • As our items are handmade to your specifications, cancellation of customised orders will not be refunded.
