If you would like your piece shipped internationally, please contact us directly on orders@scandalkiss.co.za for assistance. Please be aware that each country has its own customs and import duties and that these are for your responsibility and account.
REFUND
SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Credit may be offered at the sale price of the item.
CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMISED ORDERS
- A shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders over R 2,000 in South Africa qualify for free shipping.
- You can expect your order within 3-5 workings days depending on your location.
- Any bespoke items will take approximately 7-10 working days.
- An email will be sent to you confirming your order and tracking number.
